I am stuck. I am working my way out of a dark depression. I'm climbing up & out for almost a year now. I live alone & depend on professional help & myself mainly for guidance & support! I am lacking motivation. a group like the Mighty can help me get going; to start taking action now. I've done the brain work. now it's time to get busy physically. I am healthy enough to begin a easy but moving exercise routine. there is nothing keeping from getting at it. I joined a fitness center 13 may on-line & have yet gone to start my activities. it's on my to do list every day. I want to. need a boost!!!!! any encouragement would be appreciated!
