Got a 6 mile run in & had a good talk therapy today..

#Had cube steaks 🥩 in brown mushroom 🍄 gravy with mashed potatoes 🥔, salad 🥗 and peas yummy 😋

#Had pork lo mein and wonton soup 🍲 for dinner 🍽 yummy 😋

#Had ravioli with sausages yummy 😋

Not sure what's going on.. Im going through the menopause.. Got an ulcer got stupid epilipsy and all I can think of is how much easier everyone else's life would be without me mucking it up for those I love. I've kinda had enough of and bipolar.. Just too big for me to deal with all the time.. #Had enough of bring me. #check . In with me.
