Steamed carrots(shoestring spiral)
Steamed zucchini (shoestring)
Steamed yellow squash(shoestring
Steamed spinach
Steamed mushrooms
All steamed till just tender-
Add ricotta , Parmesan, Romano, mozzarella and stir add salt, pepper, eggs. Layer between raw lasagna noodles till noodles and cheese and veggies mix is used up. Pour a jar of marinara over. Baked covered till tender #Nourishment #eatyourveggies

I’m so tired my eyelashes feel sore.. I have no food in my house, and my groceries have yet to be delivered, I’ve got a family coming home that expects dinner.
