hallucination

#lorazepam does not seem to work on its own but yet putting on earbuds seems dangerous but i felt so much calmer. Is there a way to make it safer?

From time to time, I have “episodes” where my mind remembers something that frightens me or makes me uneasy, and I can’t tell whether it’s a memory of something that happened, a dream, or somebody else occupying my brain with their own set of experiences. I want it to stop! It’s very disconcerting. Anybody else have that experience? #buriedmemories #hallucination
