Hello fellow mighty family. I honestly don't know where to start. Things started worsening yesterday after I washed my hair in the kitchen sink. For mobility reasons I don't trust myself with standing for over a period of a few minutes at a time, hence I can't shower safely. Still take bed baths. Anyway since finances are tight I washed my hair in the sink. After I finished, I had to sit in place for about twenty minutes. After getting up, I felt extremely sick. I feel very weak and just fatigued. I can't really pick up objects above five pounds. My appetite is very low. I don't know what to do. I'd rather suffer with these symptoms than be gaslighted by a provider. Help I'm stuck... thanks for listening.
