Isaacs' Syndrome

I don’t know what to anymore! Went to see an orthopedic doctor yesterday for my hip. He said that I have Osteoarthritis. He ordered physical therapy for 6 weeks. Now I have to go to Physical Therapy for my knee, shoulder and hip. I am grateful that is nothing worse but this is taking a toll on me 😕. I also have Isaacs Syndrome, a rare syndrome that is connected to EDS, it’s an autoimmune disease.My fingers twitches uncontrollably. For now it is under control, I’m taking Carbamazepine an anti seizure medication. Oh by the way my son name is Isaac 😂. Have a great day❣️

I want to bring awareness of Isaac’s Syndrome which is related to Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. It’s a very rare Syndrome hard to diagnose. I have both of them and is no fun.

Isaacs' syndrome is a rare neuromuscular disorder that is characterized by progressive muscle stiffness; continuously contracting or twitching muscles (myokymia); and diminished reflexes. Thanks!
