Low resting heart rate w/ POTS #POTS #lowheartrate #PostrualOrthostaticTachycardiaSyndrome

I’m so confused… I have pots, like my heart rate spikes 50+ bpm when I stand up. However my resting heart rate is 45 bpm. I’m just worried b/c i’m about to start Corlanor (Ivabridine) which is going to lower my heart rate even more 😬???

Tired,Dizzy but Blessed

I never thought in a million years that after my whole life as an overweight child,teen and adult that my whole life would turn around and I would end up with a #lowheartrate problem. I have done the Ketogenic diet for 2 years and have lost 160 lbs. It all changed when I passed out on the kitchen floor. The diagnosis? First degree heart block,Vaselvagel Syncope and Orthostatic Hypotension. Looking for friends who can relate...
