When I am doing well, I plan out our meals for a month & plan out my grocery shopping list with those meals in mind. Above is my most recent meal plan up on the kitchen calendar. This helps me to be mindful about cooking a variety of meals & including our favourites & some newer recipes. It also helps to plan for leftovers that can be used for lunches.

I will admit that we don’t always keep to the plan. Sometimes I am in too much pain to make a good meal happen & we use something that is already in the freezer.
