How to stop being a mommas boy?

Remember you and your mom should have a special bond. But you're not her husband so don't act like it. Emotionally she shouldn't be pulling at you the way she would her husband or boyfriend. Don't let her run guilt trips on you talking about how long she was In labor with you. Saying how she really need a good man the cozying up to you, not cool. Change the subject, walk outside in another room break the cycle. These are Narcissistic tactics. I lived with a narc mom & dad but I broke free. They will say stuff like your not my son anymore, your dead to me. This means the whole family needs to heal. To do this don't call, or visit them minimum 1 year. Let them call you and limit the conversation to 15 minutes and only accept 1 call per every 2 weeks or 1 call per month. If they try to come to your house don't let them in. They are trying to regain control of your mind. Narc moms hate when there son gets a girlfriend or wife. Then she feels her son views her as second best to his wife or girlfriend. Keep your mom out of your head emotionally. Because that is the quickest way to lose your wife and yourself. Happy Birthday Mack #Mack #Mommasboy #birthdayboy #ServiceDog

9/21/21 was Macks 7th Birthday 💙🐕‍🦺🥳🐾🎂🎈.
He was spoiled, more than usual. He was very sick 2 weeks ago and had multiple vet visits and tests. He's finally on the mend as he's on several medications. He deserved to be extra spoiled. As some of you know Mack has saved my life several times. Mack is my Hero!! 💖

Mack & his snuggly teddy.p

Had to share my fur baby Mack with 1 of his 2 snuggly toys. Mack has anxiety issues. His 1st owner would kick him in the head if he had an accident in the house. He was only 3 months old. So we rescued him 2 weeks later. He has so much love to offer. I've taught him to hug. When he's having an anxiety issue he grabs his brown puppy or his tan teddy. He lays with them and will often suckle on them. He drags them around the house. He watches when we put them in the laundry. Mack is also my service dog 💙. He's saved me more times than I can count. I'm also a T2 diabetic. I wear a continuous blood glucose monitor. At night my sugar will fall as low as 40. The alarms will go off, but sad to say I fall into a deep coma like sleep and don't hear them. It's the only time I sleep like that. It's scary & dangerous. Mack always comes to the rescue. He'll whine, cry, bark, lick me, even jump on the bed to wake me. He's 120 lbs and I don't even feel him jumping up. Mack is a gift from above. I'm truly blessed to have him. 💖🤗😊💙
