I can’t shake my mood, feeling so ugly and unkept. I am in nursing school so my time is either at school or work. I’m literally so exhausted it’s all I can do to keep going. I still make time to see my parents and talk to my therapist. No one can make me feel better about myself, but myself. I don’t know what to do.
