Actor and Musician Jackson Odell Dies at 20
Actor and musician Jackson Odell died Friday at the age of 20, according to the Los Angeles County coroner.
A cause of death is being investigated by the coroner. Odell was found unresponsive in a sober living facility. There were no signs of foul play, according to TMZ.
Odell starred as Ari Caldwell on “The Goldbergs” and had guest appearances in many hit TV shows like “Modern Family” and “iCarly.” Recently, Odell wrote multiple songs for the soundtrack of “Forever My Girl,” which was released in January.
On Sunday, Odell’s family released a statement on Odell’s Twitter. His family said he “will always be a shining light and a brilliant, loving and talented soul.”

Co-star AJ Michalka from “The Goldbergs” and Ariel Winter from “Modern Family” shared their condolences on Twitter.
