My rheumatologist says he thinks I have palindromic rheumatism, but from my reading, the big characteristic is short flares with a return to completely normal. But I haven’t been normal for longer than a couple of hours in over a year— it’s more like I’m permanently flared with short bursts of normal. Also, I’ve read there’s no joint damage, but I’m pretty sure at least one of my knees is actually damaged, as it never feels right anymore.
My feet and soles have been aching like crazy lately. Also the bones/joints/tendons/ on my foot hurts and are tender to the touch. Walking is pure hell. My strong painkillers don’t help. Is this related to my RA of my Fibromyalgia? Anyone who has experiensed the same? Also some shootinf pain from my bum and on the backside of my thighs that is not exercise related. Thanx for any tips to painrelief or how to handle it. #newbie #ChronicPain #Fibromyalgia #RA #PalindromicRheumatism #PainReliefForChristms
