#ManicMonday Thank God it’s finally Tuesday.

For some reason, obviously #BipolarDisorder I am always super #Manic on Mondays. It’s been this way for a while now. Yesterday was tough and I feel pretty beat up today. But I’m going to fight through the pain and mental fatigue and do something productive. I don’t know what yet, but I’m ready for this day to be better than yesterday. #Anxiety #Hypomania #positivenote #LetsDoThis

A NOTE FOR MINDFULNESS, FOR EVERYONE

Hey guys. here’s what i want to let you know. your disorder, you’re depression, anxiety, personality disorder eating disorder, ptsd, ANYTHING.. does not define who you are as a human being. it is a snippet of your life, that was meant to happen in order to make you stronger. because it means you will be stronger with experience, and able to help others. it’s because the world sees something in you. rather then push away your disorder, accept it as apart of your life right now, but not who you are as a person.. yes you act upon these feelings, but if i am starving for a week, does that mean people define me as hungry?? labels do not apply. everyone remember... everyone is going through similar situations, hence why there is an app like this, and so many more. YOU CAN DO THIS. this is your sign. you have the pen, you write your story. your disorder is just some writers block, that in the end, makes you come up with amazing ideas. it is not an overnight transition, but start with realizing that taking care of yourself is not selfish, and your gut feelings and general feelings are always valid... not what your mind is thinking, and making you feel. but what you truly value and feel ... #Positivity #positivenote
