Anxiety is wild. Causes my stomach to hurt. Very non-motivated. Feeling guilty for not being more productive. If I am honest with myself, this is day 3 of this cycle. Guilt for feeling so bad about myself. Not wanting anyone to know or to bother them with my mind games. I know my mind is telling me these things. I recently spent three months avoiding the world and hiding away in my bedroom. I feel myself slowly climbing up out of the #rabbithole For me, the worst part of #MajorDepressiveDisorder is the damage it has on relationships. Most people don't understand and hope I "start feeling better soon". One of my best friends understands and knows it's out of my control. She spent the night with me Saturday and we just sat, smoked some medical MJ, and talked all night. I told her how much it meant, but words will never be enough.
