When in a manic episode are you capable of rational thinking? I’ve experienced manic episodes due to my bipolar 1 and struggled with being rational during the episodes. When manic I imagine all sorts of things. Some sexual, some emotional, some grandiose, most totally unrealistic and never happened to me and probably never will. I’ve said and done some pretty terrible things in a manic state. Not rational! Has anyone else experienced episodes like this. It is terrible and the consequences afterwards are severe! #Mania . #Bipolar 1. #rational
