Selfharmed

My son is my world along with my husband who I've walked away from...NOT because I don't love him because I do more than I love myself. 7 years, 7 years of raising his son, being an amazing wife, great career that I've worked for...sometimes you can't get out of your head. Well, me I'm always in my head and it never stops! It's like a slot machine spinning. I love him so much but my mental health was really going down hill. I thought today was going to be a good day... Turned out I was wrong... I hate my family. Their the ones who drive me to self harm. That hurts. I need help and they don't care.

I have not felt this numb in such a long time. I am so anxious and depressed. I have not #Selfharmed in forever. But its the only thing on my mind. I have support but this makes me feel alone. Does anyone have any tips on how to break out of this funk?
