Dinner tonight
I didn't cook for us tonight. I didn't feel like making anything fancy. But I was craving something cheesy, buttery, and with ranch dressing. So I made 2 cheesy buttery English muffins and 5 GF Dino nuggies dipped in ranch dressing. It was delicious! I used queso quesadilla cheese on the English muffins. It was so good. Exactly what I needed.
Except
It was very salty. My feet, ankles and legs are going to swell up tonight and now I don't have anything to make it go down. I'm kinda worried. I gotta figure out when I can go to binsons for compression socks. I could have gotten them today when I was at the hospital but I was in so much pain after lunch and just wanted to go home. I asked pauley if she was mad at me for not doing it today and she said no she was glad I didn't push myself.
Currently I am sitting on the couch with pauley with my leg elevated and shes organizing our meds. I'm exhausted. I went to bed at 6am and woke up at 8am. I should go to bed early tonight.
