I have been in a deep dark hole. I haven't seen my friends in over two months now. They came & picked me up. Took me to this secluded park to just take in the view & breathe the fresh air. First smile in a while... I think I popped my head out...
my chest hurts called Dr off hours office for emergency my chest hurts I feel scared am I having a heart attack am I dealing with acid reflux or is it an anxiety attack I don't want to jump to conclusions and waste people's time taking care of me when they can take care of people who are really more sick than me I haven't been sleeping well at night and keep waking up at night and can't fall back asleep i have no clue what is going on do I have the virus I'm scared of going outside people tell me to go outside it hurts my feelings it's dangerous outside I like going outside I used to like to stay inside when I was heavier after losing more than 100lbs I love being outside it took me a while to get used to being in doors but now this virus is keeping me from doing things I need to do my chest still hurts as I'm writing this I'm just venting and seeing if this relates to anyone please pray for me I will call my doctor's office at 8 to see I can get seen and see if I have the virus thank you have a nice day #ChestPain #Anxiety #COVID19 #stuckindoors
