Does anyone know of any good (hopefully free) apps to help track spoons? When I'm having a good day, I tend to overwork myself and leave myself depleted for the next days to come. I'm hoping to flatten the curve by allocating a certain number of spoons per task and only allowing myself to work up to a limit. So: stacking the dishwasher is 4 spoons, cook dinner is 10 spoons, go grocery shopping is 30 etc etc. I want to give myself 50-60 spoons per day, and when I reach my limit, just stop and read a book or something, even if I feel fine.
I'm planning to print out an excel spreadsheet where I have all these tasks and more written down, and then I can just tick off when I do stuff. But, I'm terrible with maths and I worry that me having to think about the sheet all the time will be harder than it needs to be. A warning notification when I get down to 15 spoons or fewer would be helpful too!
