My right hip is throbbing and my right leg is numb. My throat hurts too. But it's just from sleeping while breathing through my mouth. My head doesn't hurt. my emgality is working .
I'm expecting a delivery from Instacart today. I'm running low on food but I get my food stamps on Monday. I just got enough little things to hold me over till Tuesday.
My tummy is really bothering me. It's been a week since my last substantial BM. 2 days ago I drank 4 doses of miralax and 3 doses of docusate and nothing happened. I'm contemplating ordering a bubble tea with cows milk cuz I'm lactose intolerant.
So far today I am managing my emotions well .
