Uteruspain

Hello everyone, I was hoping someone could help me. My sister is having chronic pain near uterus. It has gotten worse and spread to her ribs and hips. NSAIDs do not help very much, they did not find anything in ultrasound of blood test (including inflammation rating). I have ankylosing spondylitis and so does our grandmother so maybe it could be related to an autoimmune condition? Her gyno has said she does not have endometriosis because she would only be in pain on her period, not every day like she is right now. Another exam. Another probable Endometriosis diagnosis (hey it rhymes!). Another slew of normal test results. Another unremarkable ultrasound. Another day of unexplained pain and unrelenting pressure. Another “ call me if you have any questions “ from the doctor.
