It's nearly 6am here in the UK.

I've been awake most of the night watching USA tv.

I'm here if anyone needs to rant, shout, vent etc.

I have experience in a variety of personal mental health problems and last year I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia.

I haven't worked since February 2017.

Life's a constant dull monotony but still so much better than attempting to hold down a job.
