Listening to old music bands-related to trauma?
I started listening to the old bands I listened to in middle school again. I listened to Linkin Park and Breaking Benjamin. They’re heavy rock. They are pretty expressive in their lyrics. The lyrics are heavy. I was obsessed with them when I was younger. I related to almost all of Linkin Park’s songs. Just found it interesting that I came back to them.. as I’m going through my trauma.
