Hi there. I hear you’ve seen some stuff.

My grandfather flew Lancasters for the RAF in WW2. I was complimenting my waitress to her manager the other day. He had just retired from the military and was now running this restaurant. My compliment about my waitress was that she was really aware of her tables because she already had “her head on a swivel.”

His eyes narrowed sharply as he looked at me as I looked back at him. Our eyes had a very intense conversation. What do you think the conversation was about. #CPTSD #Veterans #customerservice #PTSD

I will no longer be a part of an application that doesn't see a reason to provide any safe space for its customers. Especially when that safe space contains very delicate topics. #standup #standtogetherforthebetter
