All of us on the Mighty are longing for healing in whatever situation we are in with our illness. Nature is a free dosis of healing, even in little bites when you can manage to get outside or even inside, looking at videos of animals being cared for or running free in the wild. I’ve been looking at parrot, guinea pigs, dogs and cat videos. They make me smile and chuckle which releases some good chemicals in us. 👍
