What music gets you through the day?

I posted this in the Bipolar group, but thought it might be fitting here too.

I like rock (most kinds), alternative, etc, but I’m open to anything. Bonus points if you can give me a cool happy song (any genre).

I saw a post with a question about a "special song" ... I have a special song, it is "Sit Down" by "James" the lyrics seem to fit anyone depressed

A song in a happier time of my life, now played, I feel so sad, and yet happy, as James appears to be where I am, and where I have been for the past 20+ Years. I have depressive illness, anxiety, fibro, PMR, chronic kidney disease, social phobia, migraines with aura and whenever that song is played I always sit down, sing along and feel calm..... #happysongs
