I could be kinder to myself in myself talk. I'm pretty hard on myself. I call myself names and generally don't think much of myself most of the time.
I'm going to really work on myself talk and listen to the things I say to myself. I'm going to try to be kinder to myself and treat myself like I would treat anyone else.
