Just got out of inpatient care today. I’m happy but frustrated because my insurance only allows me to stay for 5 days when I feel like I need more. I am grateful for the time I did get to spend in there and am feeling so much better, so here’s to positive vibes and staying healthy!

I’m leaving tomorrow to an inpatient facility for my anxiety n depression. I can’t even begin to explain to you the different emotions I’m experiencing. I’ve never done anything like this before.
