I was diagnosed a few years ago. My psychiatrist at the time went over the BPD checklist. I had every issue but one.
I suppose one of the hardest things for me is, will I be able to identify a true BPD ‘moment’ if you will or not. Things often get cloudy in my mind. I don’t want to use my sometimes stinky behaviour as a crutch and blame it on BPD!

Does anyone else feel nothing when others show love/kindness? To the point where it actually results in anger?
