Anyone else need a little mental health or wellness nap 😴 💤?

Sometimes stress, sadness, fatigue, or so on I just need a little recovery nap 💤 and I feel much better after. Anyone else need that boost in energy or wellness sometimes? I get so depressed when I’m extra tired idk why, but exercising and trying to be less sedentary etc helps, and when you live in a super rainy and cloudy ☁️ 🌧️ ☔️ whenever the sun ☀️ comes out it helps

Struggling...

I was diagnosed a few years ago. My psychiatrist at the time went over the BPD checklist. I had every issue but one.
I suppose one of the hardest things for me is, will I be able to identify a true BPD ‘moment’ if you will or not. Things often get cloudy in my mind. I don’t want to use my sometimes stinky behaviour as a crutch and blame it on BPD!

Ugh🌫

Will it ever end?

It has to, right? Been down 2 days, mad at myself for taking a gabapentin from an old prescription for anxiety, been med free a year and now 2 days in a row I’ve taken gaba just because it makes me happier. It’s almost worth the 5lb bloat and headache. Not really, though. I need to go back on meds but I want to keep FEELING. #Gabapentin #Depression #Cloudy #sad
