#Anxiety #Friends I don’t know who to trust anymore
I had a break down about 3 weeks ago and had to take time off of work. My first shift back on Wednesday I was told that someone overheard my best friend & a close friend joking about me having panic attacks. I did ask my best friend about it and it was denied. So I went in for the next shift after all this and I just ignored all my close friends because don’t know who to trust at all, I know there all very pissed off with me for this. It is either someone is lying about something that hasn’t been said or my closest friends have found my mental health funny and won’t admit it. Either way I feel like someone is playing on my mental health and this is really messing me up. I feel like with in 24 hours I have gone back to how I felt 3 weeks ago. #Anxiety #Depression #breakdown #Friendship #MentalHealth #loosinghope
