Living day to day has become a great feat to say the least. But, I still manage. It's been a few years now that I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and it has been getting more challenging. I want to share with you how I force myself to get up and #manage getting my into basic daily tasks each day.
A typical day consists of waking up to preparing my three year old, ten year old to get out to school in the mornings. Mornings are tough for me I can barely move at all even after sleeping. I do the best I can to smile and make sure my family is up and out the door so I can muster up the strength to get my self washed up, dressed and presentable for going out for the day. It takes me hours of fumbling around before I'm put together enough after pushing through the arches and pains and stiffness. It it is sad, but true. I can remember days that I moved with ease and effortlessly. But, today my daily routine consist of how I #manage to overcome basic physical limitations such styling my own hair, dressing myself, carrying my purse and loads of files needed for handling my own case management circumstances. After all, if I am my biggest advocate I am learning how to #manage since these conditions with constant pain, fatigue, weakness, and tension radiates through my body has changed what I my normal abilities were as I knew them.
