COVID19 & Work Life
I’ve been feeling very tired/stressed lately after ending my shift at work these past few weeks. I remember feeling like this after suffering panic attacks in the past. However I’m not sure if I’m not noticing that I’m having a panic attack during work, it’s been very busy so I’m thinking I’m not having time to acknowledge that I’m having a panic attack and/or I’m having several small panic attacks. We are required to use mask at work - this has added more anxiety to me since I’m not able to take deep breaths, it’s hard to breathe trough the mask. I’m hoping I can get trough this...
