I like this new guy and he’s not happy with me showing care for my ex. My ex was a bad guy but still I am a human with bpd and I can’t see him getting upset because of me. Can somebody tell me what to do ? I am not in contact with my ex but I reached out to one of his friends to take care of him. What was so bad about it?
On top of all this, I am getting a new therapist. My ex keeps sending me 100s of msgs. We took a sick dog to vet. His condition made me cry so probably I am not numb or am I numb conditionally

In fear I wait
I have spilt my guts
Told you more than anyone knows
Maybe I told you too much
Maybe I shouldn't have sent
Maybe I should tell you just to delete
Ignore
And I wait
Sweaty palms
Racing head
Will you respond once you read?
I don't know what to expect
What if my feelings you just reject?
And I wait
Was I a tad too hasty?
I should have given it more time
and tried some more
To get a hold of this head racing
Still I wait
Possibilities are more, not even a chore
Trying not to feed
This plan making monster
But how convincing he is
Telling me all the reasons
That I should not live

And anxiously I wait…

I sent my Psychiatrist a mail last night telling him I am not in the best place at the moment. Anxiously waiting on a reply. Feeling a bit sick to the stomach though... #Notsureifididtherightthing #Bipolar2
