I have fibro, RLS, depression, racing thoughts, nightmares+ and my daughter has autism, tourette, insomnia, depression+. Both are hot sleepers. She is a 5'1" 105lb. adult, and I am 5'4" 115lbs. I'm drowning in conflicting info and reviews. I was up all night researching the darn things! Macine washable would be a big plus, don't really want additional layers of a cover, BUT -- would deal with that if it's a better blanket. Does anyone have a brand and style they recommend that isn't too heavy for we smaller adults? Thanks!
