This is one of those days where I quite honestly just want to give up. I cannot get over the rollercoaster of emotions having a chronic illness is. I feel defeated, the lack of social interaction is making me feel lonely. I need to exercise but am scared of causing more pain. Every little task is hard and I cannot bare it . What is the absolute best purchase you made for yourself in regards to soothing your fibro symptoms?
A while back I heard from you that there is a product made in Canada that seems to help most people. I think it was pink and said something along the lines of no pain. It is sold in hardware stores and online. If anybody has any ideas I’d be really appreciative! Thanks

I have fibro, RLS, depression, racing thoughts, nightmares+ and my daughter has autism, tourette, insomnia, depression+. Both are hot sleepers. She is a 5'1" 105lb. adult, and I am 5'4" 115lbs. I'm drowning in conflicting info and reviews. I was up all night researching the darn things! Macine washable would be a big plus, don't really want additional layers of a cover, BUT -- would deal with that if it's a better blanket. Does anyone have a brand and style they recommend that isn't too heavy for we smaller adults? Thanks!
