Diagnosis change (I think)

So, I was trying to book a drs appointment online. There’s a section for drs notes, so I looked……. Well it said “Neurotic Depression”?????? I looked again, yes I read it right, to say I was speechless & suprised & just totally gobsmacked to say the least. I smile to myself now but am still gobsmacked. So has anyone else had anything like this happen & your thoughts??
