Our thoughts have so much power that simple belief can make the biggest changes in our lives.

I have been reading a book on the power of our subconscious minds and my mind has been blow multiple time lol.

Our subconscious minds are very impressionable. Self talk and repetitive thought patterns leave a mark on our subconscious and it will act on the "truths" we feed it. That is why negative thoughts and self talk are so harmful to us. They shape our lives.
