Keeping busy

So last week spent almost a whole week in a respite house and since then been feeling better in control of my anxiety but i also haven't stopped keeping busy from tv to gaming to playing on my phone to cooking. I haven't stopped doing something because worried when i stop the thoughts will come back. I'm not usually into puzzles because I'm not good at them but it's actually quite nice to focus on and should keep me busy for probably a few days knowing me. Just hope i don't get frustrated. But it's a good change from gaming all day.

I started doing jigsaw puzzles again about a month and a half ago. I used to do them all the time as a teenager to pass the time when I was lonely. I’m finding it to be tremendously helpful right now with anxiety as we begin reopening our business since Covid. Anyone else do puzzles to self soothe?
