Hey everybody. If anyone has been prescribed Modafinil for energy would you please lemme know if it gave you energy? Are there any side effects to be aware of?

If so, I’d like to know if things have been going well after COVID. My first round of Ocrevus was amazing. I had energy and strength and loved it. The second round was different. I got the vaccine and still got COVID. Ocrevus had to be postponed because of it but now I’m starting to think Ocrevus and the vaccine should have never been mixed. I feel awful. After 12 years of MS I have never had fatigue and pain crushing me to this extent. My ears have been ringing and they never have before. Can anyone relate?

I have no physical or emotional energy. I live in a small space and the most i can do is move betw the bed,couch & bathroom. I’m not hungry or thirsty and have to force myself to eat & drink water. I keep thinking it’s the heat here in Phoenix 110 degrees and the isolation from COVID. I just can’t seem to get out of this slump! I feel guilty for complaining when I know I am so blessed and really have it so good.
