This is one of the many things I use in the process of fixing my scoliosis curve, where the top one is 46 degrees and the bottom is unstable..... The place I’m going to for the treatment is in Pennsylvania, United States. That place uses devices to correct the curve and they train your body to be a new muscular and spinal position that benefits the curve correction.

For the device above, I wear it on my left hip and above my right hip. I add weights to the end of it, and stand on a balancing board for 15 minutes. It’s helping to stabilize my lower back.

I really recommend going there (The doctor’s name is Dr Clayton Stitzle). It’s an alternative to bracing, although there is an activity suit that you have to wear for a total of 40 minutes a day, and the people there are really nice and friendly.
