Somber Sundays
After having this account for multiple years and deleting/reactivating it several times, I’m hoping to be back for awhile, sharing and supporting others. Admittedly having a “somber Sunday”, especially with the snowstorm happening outside (as IF we need more snow! Canada problems). I’m supposed to start a new “booster” med to help my anxiety/depression as my usual concoction has been failing me mood-wise this month. Two trips to the ER for ideation, and not much coming from them. That said, I’m hopeful about said new med, and feel grateful I have access to different options/a great healthcare team here.
