I had filled out my Disability forms and took them to y doctors office, to be signed. I was told he can't sign the due to the face he hasn't seen me sences 2001. In that tie i haven't seen anyone. Then she called me back saying she will talk to the doctor and see what can be done. That was 2 weeks ago. So now not sure what will happen. I had to email my Case worker for Ontairo works to see if i can see there DR. #Depression It seems always a road black will step in front of us when trying to do something. I think this is the reason why it took me so long to ask for the forums. I knew in the back of my ind my doctor could't sign it.
