All sorts of uncomfortable

Last night I had to take 2 pregabalin cuz my arms hurt so much. I was finally able to fall asleep at about 6am but when I woke up there was a knock on my door. My building manager was here , 2 hours early, for the inspection. She said we have too much clutter on the kitchen counter. I tried explaining it's the stuff we use the most.
Anywho
I'm kinda hungry. I'm gonna heat up some Dino nuggies and dip them in red pepper hummus. It's really yummy.
Right before the inspection was done she asked us if we had plans for the weekend. I said we might go to the flea market or possibly the Great lakes crossing mall (biggest mall in Michigan). Pauley wants to go to the flea market. But if we go to glc, I can get bubble tea. And there are awesome stores and restaurants. And there's an indoor aquarium with feesh.
Did you know that there is a dessert hummus? Yeah it's dark chocolate hummus and it's really yummy. I like to take a spoonful and mix it in my banana cream of wheat. I bet it would be epic on a peanut butter and chocolate hummus sandwich with sliced bananas. I got it from Aldi.

It's That Time of the Month #Stress #Anxiety #Depression

For Christmas I received a Bellabeat and it has really helped me see some patterns that I didn't notice or understand before. A couple of days before my period starts, the less resistant to stress I would be and my depression and anxiety ramps up a lot. The tears would start for no reason what so ever and it makes it more difficult to do anything. Then just as my time is done, stress and things have gone down to more manageable levels. This has gone on for my last 3 cycles and now I can bring this information to my doctor and counselor to see what I can do to manage the roughest time of the month, because what I'm doing now isn't good enough. #Bellabeat #TheMoreYouKnow

Random Thoughts

Where did "snug as a bug in a rug" originate? Did someone see a bug in a rug and think they looked snug? Thanks to my #BipolarDisorder , #Anxiety , #CPTSD , sometimes these #randomthoughts just hit me. According to dictionary.com , "snug as a bug in a rug. Very cozy and comfortable, as in During the blizzard we had plenty of firewood and stayed in the cottage, snug as a bug in a rug. This expression, thought to allude to a moth larva happily feeding inside a rolled-up carpet, was first recorded in 1769 and probably owes its long life to the rhyme." #TheMoreYouKnow

Hi, I’m new here 🙃

I have anxiety and was recently diagnosed with depression. I never thought I was depressed before I started seeing a counselor. I didn’t understand it and I don’t have suicidal thoughts, so I never really imagined it applied to me. A lot of the symptoms that I thought we’re just my anxiety actually ended up being symptoms of depression. The more I learn about anxiety and depression the more it all makes sense.
My husband is so supportive of me and I know its cliche but I don’t know where I would be without him. I have a really hard time talking to my friends and family about my mental health though and I‘m just not comfortable with it yet.

I’m glad I found this community and I really hope it helps me and maybe I can help others.
