I signed up with them yesterday after reading Mike Porath's email on 19th May.

They assure you on their website that they won't take any money from you until they match you with a counsellor.

But within hours they had taken a whole month's counselling fee from me. And no counsellor.

I cancelled within 12 hours of registering and I just got an email saying I could have the rest of the month's counselling - despite the fact that they haven't given me a counsellor!

I’ve been thinking about signing up for the counseling services with the app called BetterHelp. It’s unlimited texting with a license therapist daily. You can also do Skype/FaceTime sessions. Does anyone use this service and if so, how do you find it?
