So, I took an early morning walk with kitty yesterday morning and although I was in pain and I really had to convince myself to get some exercise instead of staying in the recliner, it was the right move. I started out saying , ok I hurt but I will walk one block. Then I said ok I will walk one more block. The pain subsided and I kept walking until I reached one of my fave city gardens ( 20 min walk) Once I got there, the quiet and beauty of the vibrant flowers, the bees feeding on nectar and the grass so lush green ( we’ve had so much rain).
Everything was perfect in that very moment that I thought I’d try and get a pic of missy. Hahaha not a chance!
She was either refusing to “hear” me call her name while trying to get her attention or else she looked right at me with a huge ticked off look.

Fun fact: did you know that the vibrations of a cat's purr actually heals on the cellular level? That's why cats purr when they are hurt or injured. That's why I feel better when my kitty lays on my stomach, even though he's so heavy I can barely breathe. I'm still in bliss and feel the love vibrating through my entire existence. Kitties are magical creatures indeed!

Feeling very sad and discombobulated today. My sweet kitty crossed rainbow bridge yesterday and it’s impossible to heal when I’m stuck working from home. Every time I go downstairs I expect to see her. 💔💔😢🤧
