My hips are taking turns hurting. Right side hurts now. Pain at 7. It's down to my right knee.
I made 50oz of coffee this morning and I've just been sipping. It's peanut butter flavored coffee with almond milk and sucralose. It's quite yummy.

Pauley just remembered that her client sent me a bag of holiday noms. Chocolate covered pretzels, pistachios, cashews, and mandarin oranges. Pauley has never had an orange or peeled one so I showed her how it's done and she eated 2 pieces. She said it tastes like a orange juice gummy. She really enjoyed it. I'm currently enjoying some cashews and pistachios. They're so nommy.

The only pain I have is my right hip and my legs are very swollen cuz I have water pooling in both feet and legs. I haven't had a gummy yet. And I don't need meds. The gummies have been amazing. I'd be miserable if I didn't have them.
*Pauley went to get the mail and we got 3 packages so we opened them... 2 packages of CBD gummies and a pack of 16 servings of pumpkin spice flavor IQ Joe. I had to get it.*
So I just ate one of the gummies from today. It's a giant tub of peachie rings. I got them from Groupon. No really bad aftertaste. I'll check my hips in an hour. I'm gonna make a really fancy coffee treats. I've got a bag of pumpkin spice coffee,I've got pumpkin spice flavored sweet cream foam from Aldi, and I have a bottle of pumpkin spice creamer. I'm BASICALLY a white girl with after market software. Except you know...I'm a boy! Not to be mistaken for Pinocchio. He who controls the pumpkin spice controls the white girls. I never saw Dune but I hear they have a spice problem.
I don't feel good. I got sick twice today already. But my tummy doesn't hurt. It did an hour ago. My face is itchy flaky and oily as hell. My scalp is really itchy. It's got new scabs and they burn.
I think we're gonna watch a movie tonight. Either To Wong Foo...or What Dreams May Come.
I just took a big drag off my disposable vape and OMG I coughed so hard I almost peed my couch. Fun times. Now? Well now I'm stoned and I'm craving cheese. Like... Put a corn tortilla on a plate and put a mound of shredded cheese on it and microwave for 1 minute or until your cheese has melted. I then roll them up like a taquito. I like to dip mine in plain yogurt or ranch or sour cream. Yes I'm currently hungry but I talk about food and coffee and tea all the time so this is no different.

Currently my most annoying symptom is my inability to regulate my temperature. I spend most of my day trying to not sweat out all of my fluids. But what I don't sweat out comes out when I get sick. I try to drink tons of fluids every day but I can't help but be dehydrated all the time. It's annoying and frustrating.
I got 2 new jars of CBD/THC gummies today. I'm still expecting a few more. I might have taken 2 5mg THC gummies today. I feel great. Even my right hip feels good. No pain. Wheeeeeeee!
In other news I got my costume and my new pair of swim trunks. I'm gonna call my PT office to cancel Tuesday cuz I don't have transportation. We'll try to schedule aquatic therapy for Thursday and next week.
Right now I'm enjoying my big cup of coffee. I made caramel truffle sundae flavored coffee, which is my current favorite. I added lots of pumpkin spice flavored coffee creamer and one squirt of sucralose. It's spicy and sweet. My next coffee treat will be peppermint mocha with mint mocha flavored coffee creamer. #coffeeadventures
I found a new band on Facebook reels. It's a band called Father of Peace. They're ridiculously good.
I'm trying to decide if I should show you my kilt and fancy shirt or if I should show you my new swim trunks.

I'm known for my obsessive fascination with different flavors of coffee. But I also have plenty of flavors to add.
Today I made a pot of caramel sundae flavored coffee. When it was done I poured some in my paper cup. I added chocolate syrup and English toffee flavored cappuccino powder.
I took my well won coffee treat... Sat on the couch feeling very good... Until I took a sip. I didn't add sweetener. So back to the kitchen I went. I looked around and decided to add one squirt of sucralose and then I added an ounce of lavender syrup. It cuts the richness of the chocolate. And lemme tell to you... This was just amazing! The flavors are all balanced. I'm a very happy puppy.

Hi! I got a special treat to add to my coffee. Reese's coffee creamer! It's quite nummy. I brewed a pot of blueberry crumble flavored coffee which smelled delicious. I added the creamer and nothing else. It was kinda weak so I added one squirt of sucralose and a little more creamer. Holy halibut it's so rich and creamy and delicious.
I also got a bottle of matcha latte. Im just gonna add a squirt of sucralose. I can also add some lavender syrup if I want to get fancy. I really enjoy matcha. I introduced Pauley to matcha last month and she said she really enjoyed it. I get so proud of her when she tries something new. Even if she doesn't like it.
I got a container of portobello caps from the store today. Im gonna slice them up and mix with butter and brown sugar bourbon BBQ seasoning. I usually just do garlic and herbs. But I got a huge jug of the BBQ seasoning and I really enjoyed it on some butternut squash and broccoli. I even put it on a buttered sweet potato. It's ridiculously delicious.

No doctor appointments today. But there was an apartment inspection. I got told I have too much clutter on my kitchen counter. I have the stuff we use often on the counter. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to reach it. Oh well. I'll try to figure something out.
I made a little pot of coffee. It was butterscotch toffee flavored coffee. I added white chocolate cappuccino powder and some banana nesquik and 2 squirts of sucralose. It's not great but it's drinkable. #coffeeadventures
I had 2 slices of garlic bread for lunch today. I usually add more butter but I didn't today. It was... edible. I should have added cheese.#foodieadventures

I don't have a migraine and my cervical spine is not crunchy. But my thoracic spine feels like I got punched. And my lumbar is shooting pain down both legs. I think I looked kinda cute when we went to the lab. I had on my baphomet shirt and black and grey plaid stretchy pants. It was pretty warm outside. Luckily there was shade.
About 30 minutes after we got home I put on a pot of coffee. It's a mix of eggnog flavored coffee and butterscotch caramel flavor coffee. It smells great. But my back hurts too much to go get it. I just asked Pauley if she'd get my coffee and she said in a bit. That's translated to "I don't want to"..
Had to pause typing for an hour cuz we had therapy. About 20 minutes after I asked her to make my coffee she finally did. It's a mix of butterscotch toffee flavored coffee and eggnog flavored coffee. Then she added some buttermilk syrup and some sucralose. Then to bring the temperature down she added almond milk. This is probably the best coffee in months. It's sweet and complex. #coffeeadventures
Therapy went well. I gushed about the BBQ and bacon festival. It's the highlight of the last 2 weeks. He was impressed by how big it was but it's easy to forget how huge Canterbury village really is. I mean semi truck BBQ kitchen setup with 50 foot tall signs. It was epic.
I don't think there's any other events that are interesting to me this month. I'll have to browse allevents.com and facebonk.
