I have hypermobile EDS and have had four concussions in the last two years. They keep happening through very small events sometimes without my head even being banged, just due to my neck or some sort of whiplash. I am getting very frustrated because every time I start recovering I get concussed again and I don't know how to treat this or prevent it.

Has this happened to anyone else? Any thoughts suggestions guidance comments are much appreciated!
