Disabled is the appropriate term. Does it feel like an acceptable term or a dirty word to you?
I agree with the infographic that the word “disabled” is appropriate & NOT a dirty word. I don’t like the other terms like “handicapable,” etc.. This is from the Socialbility app in case anyone was wondering where I got it from. #ChronicIllness #DisabilityInclusion
