Chronic Pain Virtual Series #yogatherapy #Yoga #eft

My colleague and I are planning a virtual series to help manage chronic pain.
The series will focus on EFT/Tapping, Yoga, Mindfulness, and Nervous System Regulation as ways to manage pain and is facilitated by Maria DePasquale, a registered nurse and Certified Energy Health Practitioner with over 40 years experience in palliative care and pain management and myself, Jessica Beu, a clinical social worker and yoga therapist with over 15 years experience working with individuals with chronic illness.

What do you do for long time nausea due to anxiety? #Anxietynausea #emetaphobia #eft

I have a history of anxiety and emetaphobia. I had a rough year at work and got burnout at the end of the school year. Since then I have been nauseous every single day. I never feel like eating and I've lost a lot of weight. I have just started EFT to help unpack the emotions that I'm holding in my body but in the meantime the nausea is all consuming. Does anyone have experience with this or have any suggestions of what to do for the chronic nausea? #Anxietynausea #emetaphobia #eft

2019 is my year to set solid intentions to reduce stress and practice self care daily. We have been interstate for 3 weeks and won’t be home for another week. I really struggle when I’m out of routine and being back in my home town comes with a whole lot of triggers. My anxiety went through the roof at the beginning of this trip and some really bad habits crept in. I do restorative yoga daily but it wasn’t enough to shift the dark thoughts I was having. So, I’ve done some work on heart chakra and have been Tapping daily for 10 minutes for the past 5 days. I can feel the difference and am committing to tapping for 30 days to require my brain. #Selfcare #Tapping #eft #Anxiety
